THE ADVANCED CARE PHILOSOPHY
The licensed
therapists at Advanced Care Physical Therapy, Inc. (ACPT) develop
customized rehabilitation programs to meet the unique needs and goals of
each individual patient.
We treat a
variety of short and long-term disabilities and/or chronic conditions
stemming from many different causes: orthopedic, neurological and
rheumatoid conditions, TMJ, spinal injury, strokes, joint replacements,
amputations, industrial and motor vehicle accidents, and sports-related
injuries, among others.
Our
patient-centered approach is designed to achieve the best possible
outcomes for our clients and to ensure a pleasant rehabilitation
experience from evaluation through discharge.

Before
Your First Visit
At Advanced
Care, we realize patients need to be seen promptly. That's why our
friendly, front office staff makes every effort to schedule new
appointments within 48 hours.
The clinic
operates Monday and Wednesday from 7 am to 8 pm, Tuesday and Thursday from
8 am to 8 pm, and Friday from 8 am to 6 pm.
We accept
Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, most major insurance companies,
work-related cases and motor vehicle accidents. As a courtesy to our
patients, we bill directly to the insurer. Any co-pays are due at the time
of appointment.

Your Therapy
Each patient
at Advanced Care works directly with the same therapist throughout the
rehabilitation process. This continuity of care often results in the
formation of a close bond between patient and therapist.
Our caring and
compassionate professionals listen carefully to their patients, designing
holistic treatment plans to address each person's unique situation. They
actively motivate and monitor each patient's progress through every step
of the rehabilitation process.
All

rehabilitative techniques.

After Your Therapy
Our goal at
Advanced Care is to become your partner in wellness for life. We publish a
quarterly newsletter and offer practical educational programs to keep you
on a healthy track after you complete your therapy program.
Many former
patients choose to enroll in our Wellness Program, which enables them to
use our gym and pool facilities on a monthly basis with no long-term
obligation.
