Advanced Care Physical Therapy

About Us

Our Mission

The health care team at Advanced Care Physical Therapy is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our patients. As a commitment to our community, we provide convenient, accessible, and comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services. We pride ourselves on our personalized healthcare approach and family-oriented clinic. At Advanced Care Physical Therapy, you too will “feel the difference!”

Providing the Highest Quality Care

We practice “manual therapy,” where every visit, our patients receive hands-on treatment by the same physical therapist, according to the patient’s personalized treatment plan. Our licensed clinicians administer the most current, effective therapies in a professional, compassionate, and welcoming environment, producing the best results for our patients.

History

Advanced Care Physical Therapy was founded in 1995 by Chris Glavaris, PT and Ted Vlahoyiannis, PT. Though we have grown exponentially over the past 25 years, providing our community with a comprehensive physical therapy program, in-house aquatic therapy program, home care, and wellness program, our top priority has never changed — our patients. Not only do we aim to heal our patients, but we strive to improve their overall quality of life beyond what they thought possible.

Proudly Serving the Community for 25 Years

Advanced Care Physical Therapy has been ranked among the Top 10 of the Top 1,000 physical therapy clinics in the country by FOTO.  Our patients consistently rank their care satisfaction levels at 98%.
