Meet the Team

Theodoros “Ted” Vlahoyiannis, PT, Owner, Co-Founder

Ted holds a bachelor’s degree in health science policy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and received his physical therapy degree from the physical therapy program at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Ted has been treating patients with compassion and care for over 30 years. He practiced at Franklin Square Hospital’s physical therapy clinics before embarking on a career in private practice in 1988. Co-founder of Advanced Care Physical Therapy in 1995 with late business partner, E. Christopher Glavaris, PT, DScPT, Ted owns and operates the clinic, while continuing to treat patients.
Ted has extensive experience in orthopedic, neurological, geriatric, aquatic and vestibular physical therapy with a focus on manual therapies. He has also been involved with women’s physical therapy healthcare and treats these patients on a case-by-case basis.
Ted served for nine years as an adjunct clinical instructor at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, Physical Therapy Department. Ted continues to be active in his community and has volunteered for many organizations and activities. He is currently strongly involved with his church youth group in dual roles as an advisor and basketball coach.

Linda Dilley, PTA

Linda Dilley, Physical Therapy Assistant, has been practicing in the physical therapy field for 15 years. A graduate of Baltimore City Community College, she holds an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy and has been certified by the American Physical Therapy Association as a Certified Clinical Instructor for Physical Therapy Assistant students.
Linda’s career includes 13 years working in outpatient orthopedics and two years in home health care. Her areas of special interest and study include aquatic therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation of the shoulder, hip, and knee. Linda particularly enjoys working with the senior population.
Linda has a strong interest in community education and currently oversees the Wellness Program at Advanced Care Physical Therapy. In this capacity, she advises Wellness Program clients how to stay fit and active and motivates them to become more knowledgeable about their health.

Paige Duvall PT, DPT 

Paige Duvall PT, DPT earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2019 where she received an award in professional writing and communications for her ongoing research on physical therapy needs in postpartum women. She was also accepted into the first class of the National Physical Therapy Student Honor Society (ACAPT). Paige earned her bachelor’s in exercise science from Towson University in 2015.

As a physical therapist, Paige’s specialties include pelvic floor disorders, such as incontinence and pelvic pain, orthopedic injuries, and neurological disorders.

When she is not in the clinic, Paige enjoys spending time with her family, crocheting, reading on her kindle, singing loudly to the radio, and playing with her dog.

Joe Federline, PT, MPT

Joe Federline received his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy with high honors from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, in 2003. Finishing second in his class, Joe was also honored as the recipient of the Laura G. Levine-Mandell Award, which recognizes a student who demonstrates exceptional compassion toward patients in an orthopedic clinical setting.

Joe joined Advanced Care Physical Therapy shortly after graduation, bringing to ACPT his enthusiasm and vast knowledge of current therapy techniques.
Joe’s special interests and expertise regard orthopedic physical therapy practice, specifically skills in the management of the spine. He attained these skills through a series of continuing education and Geoffrey Maitland courses. He is in the process of becoming a certified orthopedic specialist and Maitland certified. Joe is also skilled in advanced techniques on the knee and shoulder joint complexes. He is also currently working toward a dry needling certification in the state of Maryland.

Cecil G. Cellucci , PTA

Cecil graduated from Baltimore City College High School in 1967 and later received his Physical Therapy Assisting Degree from Community College of Baltimore.

Cecil has practiced as a physical therapy assistant for 34 years in a variety of settings including hospital settings, nursing homes and independent assisted living centers.
He believes in a hands on approach when resolving musculo-skeletal problems and in the value of establishing a healing relationship with patients with the aim of encouraging a person’s own healing response. Additionally, Cecil practices physical therapy in an outpatient setting.
Before becoming a PTA, Cecil worked as an independent massage therapist.
Cecil has also worked as a yoga practitioner of Hatha Yoga in the Iyengar Style for 50 years. Cecil applies yoga techniques when treating his ACPT patients, helping them regain flexibility, strength and balance, and recover from injury.

Mike Nawrocki, PT 

Mike Nawrocki, DPT, received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Hampton University in 2014. Prior to attending Hampton, Mike was a technician at Advanced Care Physical therapy for two years, and has  now rejoined the ACPT family this time as a physical therapist

At ACPT, Mike works both in the outpatient clinic and in home health.
He received a B.S. in Applied Exercise Science from University of New England in 2009 where he also played lacrosse.
In his free time Mike enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors.
